Annotated Bibliographies

These bibliographies are designed to help students who are beginning to investigate nursing history. They are not comprehensive and you will still need to search further.

We have tried to include books which are easy to find. However, history is always more interesting when you can read what the people you are studying wrote, so you will find some more exotic items.

We welcome comments and suggestions about the bibliographies or ideas for other topics we should include.
